BIM Resource Group, LLC takes you from conception to final drawings and As-Builts. Whether you need drawings for equipment replacement, fit-out work, renovations or an entire building we can assist you and your team from the start of the project all the way to the end. We stay active with the job long after we completed the job.

We work with you from start to finish. Long after coordination is over and the drawings have been submitted. We are always available to the project to answer any of your Project Manager’s and or field questions. We stay with the project until you are finished with the project.

LOD 400 Models

We provide models with the level of detail that your contracts are asking for. Whether or not the model is for pre-coordination or will ultimately be used to build from, we model all equipment, hangers/supports and use real manufacturers parts and fittings to ensure what we are drawing can be built. Saving you time and money in the field.

BIM Coordination

 

All of models use parts, fittings and equipment drawn to LOD 400 specifications ensuring that what is in the model is what is going into the building. We work closely with your Project Manager, the GC, the Design team and the other trades to work through all the conflicts and issues.

Shop Drawings and Details

We will provide all the drawings, details and sketches required to do the job. We can provide the piping drawings in plan and isometric.

  • Sleeve Drawings
  • Hanger Drawings
  • Riser Diagrams
  • Riser Drawings
  • Pad layouts
  • Access Door Drawings
  • Fabrication Drawings

Fabrication Drawings

Since our models use real world parts and fittings our fabrication schedules are more detailed in the descriptions ensuring your shop is building the systems to the buildings specs. We can produce fabrication for both welded and threaded pipe (when requested). Our spool sheets refer to the spool map for easier assembly in the field. We work closely with your Project Manager, your shop (or vender) and your foreman.

Field Check and Measure

Sometimes there aren’t drawings available, so we need to get dimensions in the field. This holds especially true for equipment replacement and renovations. We will go to the site and get the information that is needed to draw the job.
