NYU 181 Mercer Street

23 story multi-use facility which will provide 60 new classrooms a performance space, freshman and facility housing, common space and a gym.

515 West 18th Street

Part of a 22 story building complex in Chelsea along the river comprises a collection of approximately 181 apartments.

Museum of
Natural History

Historic NYC building founded in 1869. Equipment replacement was required for an AHU and a new steam line was ran.
